In order to best assist you, it is important that you submit your dental insurance information to us with your New Patient Paperwork. In most cases, we can provide a good estimate of what your dental insurance may contribute towards your treatment. Our team will gladly help file your claim for you to ensure that you are able to utilize your dental benefits for your treatment, with the remainder of your treatment being your responsibility. A complete examination with our team is in your best interest, and is required for second opinions. It is our goal to provide you with a complete understanding of your current dental conditions and guide you through the specific benefits and risks involved in your treatment options. Please ensure that all available x-rays and chart notes from your prior office have been transferred to us prior to the scheduled appointment for review.
